About me...

I am interested in performing for American audiences, as I believe that my style, my voice and my professional skills match the musical tastes and artistic expectations of large groups of American music fans.

Having given hundreds of conerts during the past ten years in America, I certainly have developed a sense of the expactations of the public and of what I can offer to met them. First of all, I have been most successful with the "Elvis Presley Show" and also "Shakin' Stevens Show" both in America and previously in Poland. Ever since my first performances I have been fascinated by this kind of repertoire, and I feel it suits me best - although, due to the quality of my voice, I feel very well, too, in other types of easy-listening music, folk and country songs, religious music and even opera pieces. On the stage I prefer a dynamic, enthusiastic performance, full of temperament, but also elegant in style.

While in Poland, I received a very intensive training, as well as musical and ballet education with the top Polish Song and Dance Ensambles, "Slask", where I was selected out of 600 candidates. The study program I took there included Solfeggio, Folklore, Principles of Music and Harmony, Polyphony, Solo and Group Singing, Instrument Playing, Classical and CHaracter Dancing. The lecturers and intructors were top musicians and music teachers. That Study Program added a solid professional background to my performing skills. Singing for the "Slask" Ensamble is an excellent recommendation for any vocal artist in Poland. However, I not only sang for the Ensamble, but I became a soloist performer singing with the whole Ensamble. The type of songs performed there were certainly different from ehat I perform on stage now, but the concerts with the "Slask" gave me a lot of new professional skills and stage confidence, and added a special quality to my voice and vocal abilities. They have helped me develop my own original style and very good contact with my audiences My concerts in America so far have made me believe I can offer the American viewers and music fans a combination of what is familiar and most appealing to them, with some elements they find fresh and original in my performances. I enclose recorded materials and my dossier, and I will be very glad to be able to come to an interview and demonstrate my skills to you in person.
